- The Value4Voice bundle will be valid for 30 days from the date of payment of the subscription. Calls will be charged as per standard calling rates after bundle expiry/early consumption subject to auto-renewal.
- By default, the auto-renewal box is checked and your Value4Voice Bundle will be renewed automatically after your minutes/validity expires. - In case you have unchecked the auto-renewal box and you would like to renew your Value4Voice bundle, you can add the bundle by clicking on "Add Value4Voice". For details, please visit: https://helpcenter.stormfiber.com/article/50-how-to-subscribe-to-value-4-voice-offer
- In case your calling minutes of Value4Voice bundle expire during a call and you had opted out of the auto-renewal cycle, your call will be disconnected and the voice services will not be available for 15 minutes. You will then be charged as per standard calling rates from the next call (subject to renewal of the bundle).
- In case you opt-out from the auto renewal condition after subscribing for the Value4Voice bundle, it will be applied from the next month onwards.
